What are the sizes of Flufel?
Our beds are available in two sizes: Standard Bed and Large Bed. The Standard Bed measures 168 x 100 x 30 cm (5'6.14" x 3'3.37" x 0.98') and weighs 8.2 kg (18.08 lbs), while the Large Bed measures 195 x 140 x 35 cm (6'4.77" x 4'7.11" x 1'1.78") and weighs 14.2 kg (31.31 lbs).
How do I clean Flufel?
Cleaning your Flufel is easy! The bed cover can be quickly removed and washed in your washing machine. The mattress also comes with a removable, waterproof cover. For further care instructions, please refer to the product page.
How should I store Flufel?
You can easily fold the bed by bringing the handles together or disassemble it to store it separately. Additionally, you can use a vacuum bag to store the bed in a space-saving way.
Where do you ship to and what is the shipping cost?
We offer free premium DHL Express shipping to destinations worldwide, including EU countries, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, and the UAE. For shipping to any other countries, please send us a request email at email@example.com.
How long does it take for Flufel to arrive?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days and offer free premium DHL Express shipping to various destinations around the world. Shipping time usually takes 1-5 business days worldwide. For further information about shipping and duty, please refer to our shipping policy on the website footer.
Are there any customs fees for international shipping?
If your shipping address is outside of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), or the United States (US), or if you are placing an order within the US that exceeds $800 in total value, then you may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. These VAT and import taxes are not included in the product price. Please note that these VAT, import taxes, or other fees incurred are from your customs office/government and NOT from myflufel.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any problems with the tracking, please write us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as we have not dispatched it. If we have dispatched your order, then you will have to follow the return policy to initiate a refund.
What is the return policy for the Flufel?
We offer a 30-day extended right of return policy. Please make sure the returned product is in the same condition as it was received, new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns within EU countries, Switzerland, and the UK are free of charge, while returns to other countries require an additional shipping fee.
