Refund policy

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flufel purchase, so we offer an extended 30-day return policy. However, please keep in mind that the returned product must be in the same condition as it was received - new, unused, and in the original packaging. If our inspection team finds that the returned item is missing components or is unsuitable for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you're returning your Flufel from the EU, Switzerland, or the UK, you won't have to pay for shipping. However, if you're returning it from any other country, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee.

To initiate a return, please send an email to our team at with your invoice name, order number, and reason for the return. Our service team will ask you some mandatory questions to prevent system exploitation and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return as they will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved for a refund, we'll process the product value refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
