All MyMoodie orders will be shipped via FedEx. The estimated delivery time is 8-10 days.

If your shipping address is outside of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), or the United States (US), or if you are placing an order within the US that exceeds $800 in total value, then you may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. These VAT and import taxes are not included in the product price. Please note that these VAT, import taxes, or other fees incurred are from your customs office/government and NOT from myflufel. You may check with your local customs office to determine the additional costs.
Returns within EU countries, Switzerland, and the UK are free of charge. Returns to other countries require an additional shipping fee.

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flufel purchase, so we offer an extended 30-day return policy. However, please keep in mind that the returned product must be in the same condition as it was received - new, unused, and in the original packaging. If our inspection team finds that the returned item is missing components or is unsuitable for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you're returning your Flufel from the EU, Switzerland, or the UK, you won't have to pay for shipping. However, if you're returning it from any other country, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee.

To initiate a return, please send an email to our team at info@flufel.de with your invoice name, order number, and reason for the return. Our service team will ask you some mandatory questions to prevent system exploitation and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return as they will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved for a refund, we'll process the product value refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
